Why we exist
Skilled tradespeople in Germany often meet career advice written for Büroberufe. The vocabulary misses Ausbildungsordnungen, Meisterpflicht, and the quiet politics of a small Betrieb. We started this practice in Ballenstedt to give Fachkräfte a place where those realities are the starting point, not a footnote.
Our work sits at the intersection of employment consulting and vocational transition: helping clients decide whether to stay, retrain, seek Anerkennung, or change sector — then sequencing the paperwork and conversations that follow.
How we work
Sessions are conversational but structured. We ask for documents in advance, challenge vague goals, and write down decisions. You will not leave with a personality profile. You will leave with named next steps and the constraints that shaped them.
We serve clients across Germany by video and meet in person in Ballenstedt when travel makes sense. Response time is typically one business day.
